Please note that the time and date of your meeting will be reviewed and confirmed before approval. All meetings are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST). In this meeting, we will focus on: A detailed review of your latest analytic report Insights from the data and how it reflects your current performance Strategies and recommendations for the next steps based on the findings If you are a current client and need a change or support with something specific, please note that this meeting is not the appropriate service to book. Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Social Media Coaching & Consulting Plans Thank you for choosing Shelley's Social Media for your coaching and consulting needs. By purchasing a coaching or consulting plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Services Provided-We offer coaching for one social media platform per session (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or LinkedIn). Each session provides tailored strategy guidance, content recommendations, and an analytics review to help optimize your social media presence and performance. 2. Scheduling & Cancellations-Sessions must be scheduled in advance via our booking system. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session. Missed sessions without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling is subject to coach availability, so we recommend prompt scheduling to ensure availability. 3. Client Responsibilities-Clients are responsible for executing the strategies, recommendations, and suggestions provided during coaching sessions. Clients must provide any necessary access to their social media accounts for performance review, analytics analysis, and strategy development. 4. Ongoing Support & Check-Ins-Between sessions, clients may receive limited support via email or other agreed-upon methods. This support is designed to answer specific questions or clarify points from previous sessions. However, follow-up support does not include new coaching or extensive strategy reviews. 5. No Guarantees-While we provide expert guidance based on best practices and industry standards, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased engagement, followers, or sales. Results depend on multiple factors, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, and how effectively the client implements the strategies. 6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property-All materials, strategies, and content shared during coaching sessions are confidential and remain the intellectual property of Shelley's Social Media. Clients are not permitted to share, reproduce, or resell any strategies or materials without written consent from Shelley's Social Media. 7. Termination & Refunds-Either party may terminate services with written notice. No refunds are provided for completed sessions or missed appointments. Certain coaching plans may not be cancellable, so clients should review their selected plan for cancellation details. For more details, refer to our full plan policies.
