During phone hours, if you have a quick question or need to clarify something, you can call us — or text to request a callback. We’ll hop on the phone for up to 5 minutes to get you the answers or direction you need.

If we miss your call, just text us — we’ll get you a callback when a team member is available

Calls are meant for quick answers or clarifications — about 5 minutes max

For larger issues or requests, we’ll move the conversation into our support ticket system (so the whole team can help you quickly and accurately)
