We are looking for a person to add to our team. This is a part-time - Partly work from home position that you will be contracted for. Pay is per project. You must live in the Madison metropolitan area to fill this position.

Shelley's Social Media seeks to add a new team member to manage and help keep the everyday operations up to speed 

Opportunity to lead to a full time position. This position does not involve any web design work. No freelancers please.


Primary responsibilities may include:


Online and office filing
Write and send out proposals
Update, record and monitor data in the CRM.
Follow up emails 
Attend weekly meeting with our team.
Monitor the project boards

Misc. office duties 


Secondary responsibilities may include: 

Assist in the maintenance of SSM's social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Shelley's Social Media seeks to add a new team member to assist with advertising, marketing and social media for a part-time position. Must have fundamental knowledge of social media platforms. Primary responsibilities will involve representing Shelley's Social Media in local marketing groups and events, qualifying leads, recording in CRM as well as some online marketing for our brand. You will be working both independently and as part of the team.

Primary responsibilities may include:

Attend marketing events and meetings as a SSM representative.

Qualify leads.

Record activity into CRM .

Follow up to generate leads.

Responsibilities will also include reception duties, word processing, database and list management, client and lead communications and mailings, basic accounting, and general office duties.

Secondary responsibilities may include:

Assist in the maintenance of SSM's social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Engage with our current followers across social media platforms: like, share, comment and respond to comments.

Seek out new followers for our social media channels by searching relevant hashtags, liking, and following relevant profile results.Frequency: 2-3 times per week. * Manage social media calendar (Hootsuite) and ensure posts are deployed according to schedule.

Source new material for social media queue, including shares and original content.

Assist in drafting social media posts Creating, Implementing and managing social media marketing campaigns,

Help draft longer content and graphics, including videos, to be used in sales funnel and drip campaigns.

Assist with the analysis and collection of analytical data for all social media, CRM, and website, including Google AdWords.
