Shelley's Social Media 2024 Giveaway

1. There are no limitations to how many times a participant may enter the content. 
2. Participants must complete all the steps outlined in the contest in order to qualify.
3. Three winners will be chosen on April 1st, 2022. 
4. All contest participants need to submit their contest qualifications before March 25th, 2022.
5. Participants will be notified through the social media account that they chose to use to complete the qualifying steps. 
6. All participants must be older than 18 and in the United States or Canada
7. Prizes are non-transferrable.
8. Employees or Contractors of Shelley's Social Media, are not eligible to participate in any contests or promotions.
9. Contests and promotions are subject to all federal, state and local laws.
10. The interpretation of these and all other rules relating to contests or promotions sponsored by Shelley's Social Media is reserved exclusively by Shelley's Social Media. Its decisions shall be final.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Shelley's Social Media, their affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertisers, advertising and promotion agencies their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of the prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claiming to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges.
13. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, voice, and likeness in any advertising or promotion without compensation.
14. Current clients or customers of Shelley's Social Media are encouraged to participate. However, any prize that they win is above and beyond the current package or service that they are using with Shelley's Social Media. There is no barter, trade, substitution, or swapping allowed.
